An authentic Asian hawker market held on the second Saturday
evening of every month in the Springvale Central Activities
district.
You can enjoy a diverse program of free entertainment while
dining in the early evening light on a mix of excellent
Asian-inspired food on offer at affordable prices. There will be
stalls selling art & crafts, fashion & accessories, children
toys and other bargain items.
The first market will be the Full Moon festival themed. The Full
Moon festival is also known as the Mid-Autumn festival. In
Australia, 'mid autumn' happens to be early spring and it gives
the festival a new meaning "the first full moon of the new
season is a nostalgic time: Winter is behind us and the energy
of summer is on the horizon". |
